Opening To The Floor: Facilitating Post-Show Dialogues and Panel Discussions

Being a moderator for a post-show dialogue or a panel discussion can be challenging. What are some ways to best engage your speakers as well as your audiences? In this session, experienced moderator and facilitator Kenneth Kwok will share his strategies and invite you to participate in interactive practice activities.

About the Facilitator

Kenneth has been a school teacher and vice-principal, drama educator, theatre reviewer, and arts administrator. He has moderated post-show dialogues, panel discussions, Q&As and community conversations for The National Arts Council, The Esplanade, The Arts House, The Substation, SDEA and various arts groups, covering theatre, dance, film, literary arts and arts education as well as general social and cultural issues. Kenneth holds an Ed.M in Arts in Education, and an MA in Creative Writing.
