If you are an SEP arts instructor in dance, singing, wind/brass instruments, and/or voice & theatre training (incl. speech and drama and actor training), please read on and take note of the following based on which category you fall under:

    1. If you are an instructor conducting MASKED dancing, singing, wind/brass instruments, voice and theatre training (including speech and drama, acting training) activities,

☞ You do not have to take part in FET, but you will still have to inform NAC here if you have no intention to conduct mask-off activities via this form: www.go.gov.sg/artsculturesepfet

    2. If you are an instructor planning to conduct / conducting UNMASKED singing, wind/brass instruments, voice and theatre training (including speech and drama, actor training) activities,
☞ You will have to register for your preference for an appointment at a Quick Test Centre (QTC) via this form: www.go.gov.sg/artsculturesepfet

You will be assigned a time slot based on a first-come-first-serve basis. A confirmation SMS with your appointment details will be sent 2 – 4 days prior to your test date. Rescheduling of missed appointments and registration of subsequent FET appointments once every 14 days are to be made via the same link.

    3. If you are an instructor planning to conduct / conducting UNMASKED dance activities
    ☞
You will have to register your preference for an appointment at a Quick Test Centre via this form: www.go.gov.sg/sepfet

QTCs for this category of instructors are set up by SportsSG. If you have already registered with SportsSG you need not register again. For booking of subsequent FETs, you can visit: www.go.gov.sg/sepfet1.
