Nutrition plays a very important role in both our physical and mental health, and even more so for performers – as we use our minds and bodies on a daily basis. Nutrition is often misunderstood, ignored, and/or misused, because of misinformation and inadequate knowledge of the topic.

In this session, you will learn the basics of proper daily nutrition, nutrition requirements for performers, as well as explore different food groups and choices to allow you to take charge of your health and career.
